To initiate the exchange process, you are requested to drop an email at exchange@tinseltoes.in mentioning your order number within 48 hours of receiving the product.

That is, in case you receive our product on Tuesday, you must inform us about the exchange requirement maximum by Thursday.

Please note that this is the single point of contact for any exchange queries. Also, we charge 120₹ per product as 'reverse pickup charges'.

 

The contents of the email should be as follows:

Attach payment proof as a screenshot (If opting for reverse pickup or payment of remaining amount if opting for a product with higher value)

HOW THE EXCHANGE PROCESS WORKS

  • Once we receive your exchange request at exchange@tinseltoes.in, we check the order timeline and the ‘reverse pickup payment’ status and accordingly put up the reverse request and share tracking details for the same. Once your package is delivered to our warehouse and passes the QC, we initiate the production for your exchanged piece.
  • We do not entertain more than one reverse for the same order number.
  • While sending it back, make sure all the items are there in the box along with the invoice.
  • In case you opt for self-sending, you are solely responsible for the safe delivery of the package to our warehouse.
  • Packages that don't fulfill the above conditions will be rejected in QC and returned to the customer.
  • We DO NOT offer refunds under any circumstances.
  • NO EXCHANGE is available for custom-made products.
  • We DO NOT offer credit notes for the exchanged products.
  • We usually reply within 48 hours to your exchange query.
  • The exchanged product must be of the same or higher value as compared to your original order.
  • If any unaccounted items are handed over during the exchange process, the same will not be our responsibility as the courier partners will deliver only the item for which pickup is arranged.
  • It takes 4-8 working days for the package to reach our warehouse, depending on your location
